Privacy Policy

• Email address and authentication data (via Supabase).
• Conversation content - messages sent and received.
• Payment metadata (via Stripe - we never store card numbers).
• Usage data - message counts, plan tier, session activity.

• Full payment card details - handled entirely by Stripe.
• Device identifiers or third-party tracking pixels.
• Data from users under 18.

We use your data to provide chat responses, session continuity, memory features where available, safety and security protections, account functionality, subscription functionality, payments, and support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Figür.AI does not use your conversations to train AI models. Your conversations are used to power your session and memory features, not to train AI models.

Your messages may be processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to generate AI responses and memory summaries. Anthropic’s own privacy policy applies to that processing. Conversation history may be stored in your account so you can return to prior sessions and continue the same conversation where available.

Free accounts do not receive long-term memory. Paid memory features may store compressed per-Figür summaries. Legends and All Access memory may also use derived memory events and synthesized active memory to support deeper continuity. Memory is used as private context for the service and may be incomplete or imperfect.

You can delete conversations, reset memory for a specific Figür, reset all memory, or delete your account from your profile where those controls are available.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@askfigurai.com.

Data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. Payments are handled by Stripe. No platform is 100% secure - use at your own discretion.

We use third-party service providers to operate Figür.AI, including Anthropic for AI responses and summaries, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Resend or another email provider for email delivery. These providers may process data as needed to provide their services to Figür.AI.
